Cancellation and Return Policy

Triyana Organic Exports Private Limited believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has no cancellation and Return policy. Under this policy:

• Triyana Organic Exports Private Limited does not accept cancellation or return requests for any items.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service Number. The request will, however, be entertained after we have checked and determined the same at our end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.
• Actual product may defer in terms of packaging to some extent.
• Return approval is at the sole discretion of the company.
